HOW IT WORKS | THE PROCESS |

APPROACH & EXPLORE

1 – First, You Contact Us regarding your Design Project. Then, We’ll Get In Touch to make an Assessment of the complexity of it and a quick overview of your needs. This phase also includes Consulting Services, through which we will invite you to answer a detailed Questionnaire, in order to determine as accurately as possible your brand’s needs, and also the concept guidelines and complexity of the project, so that the timing and prices offer will be as accurate as possible.

2 – We’ll send you the Contract and our Timing and Pricind proposal. Once they’re approved, we’ll get to the next phase.

CONCEPT

3 – Once we’ve determined the graphical approach for your project, the work actually begins.
The first phase of this stage will be the Research. Then, many sketches will be drawn, from whitch two conceptual directions will be synthetized.

4 – These two Concept Conclusions will be presented, and together with you, we’ll determine which one we’ll choose to develop further.
From now on, any change of the project’s concept will entail the need to rethink the entire project from the beginning, which will be the equivalent of starting a new project.

REFINEMENT & DELIVERY

5 – After we have already developed the Concept, reaching an advanced stage with the work, we will have another discussion with the client, in which the final touches will be set. The offer covers 2 retouches. Everything extra will be billed separately.

6 – Once the retouching stage is done, the final drafting of the project will take place.

7 – After this stage is also completed, the client will make the final reception.
Then, the final version of the project will be delivered to the client, as an archive file, in all vector and editable formats.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

– *Prices may vary widely, depending on every brief’s particularities and complexity.
– All Logo Design will be unique, in accordance with specific features of each theme in particular and will be created based on the guidelines agreed with the client, and the brief received from the client.
– The Offer only contains maximum 3 graphic retouches. Depending on their complexity, any other changes will generate supplementary working time and costs.
– This Offer cannot be assimilated with services or packages of services previously ordered.
– The estimated Working Time depends on each work’s complexity and will be agreed based on the negotiations with the client.
– The final format received by the client will be .psd, .ai, .png, .jpg.
